From St. Pete or Tampa Airport (from I-275):
Take I-275 South across the Sunshine Skyway Bridge. Exit at Route 19 (Exit 2) to Bradenton. (NOTERoute19 will merge into one lane). Continue following until you come to a fork in the road, and go to the left. Go past the Manatee Civic Center (which will be on the left-hand side) and continue over the DeSoto Bridge (stay in the right-hand lane). There is an exit on the right-hand side at the foot of the bridge that will bring you in front of the hotel.

From Tampa / St. Pete to I-75:
Take I-75 South to Exit 220. Make a right at the exit and head West on State Road 64 (Manatee Avenue). Continue approximately 6 miles to 3rd Street West (first right after intersection of U.S. 41 and State Road 64). Turn right on 3rd Street West and follow about one block. Holiday Inn will be on the left-hand side.

From Sarasota Airport on 301:
Make a left out of the Sarasota Airport and follow signs to 301. Go 1.5 miles to 301 and turn right (north) at the light. Follow 301 North for approximately 9 miles until you reach Manatee Avenue. Turn left on Manatee Avenue (keep in the far right-hand lane) to 3rd Street West. Turn right on 3rd and follow for about one block. Holiday Inn will be in the left-hand side.

From Sarasota Airport on U.S. 41:
Make a right out of the Sarasota Airport and follow sighs to U.S.41 North. Turn right (North) at the light. Follow U.S. 41 North approximately 9 miles to 6th Avenue and follow 3rd Street West (first road on the left-hand side after crossing railroad tracks). Continue on 3rd Street West (crossing Manatee Avenue). Follow about one block. Holiday inn will be on the left-hand side.

From Fort Myers on I-75:
Take I-75 North to Exit 220B. Head West on State Road 64 (Manatee Avenue). Continue West for approximately 6 miles to 3rd Street West (first right after intersection of U.S. 41 and State Road 64). Turn right on 3rd Street West and follow about one block. Holiday inn will be on the left-hand side.

From Orlando:
Take I-4 West toward Tampa. Exit at I-75 south. Take I-75 south to Exit 220. Make a right at the exit and head West on State Road 64 (Manatee Avenue).
